L-iskop ta' l-Agape hu li taghmel s-seminars ta' awareness lill-istudenti tal-iskejjel sekondarji Ghawdxin kollha mill-Forms 1 sa 5 dwar temi importanti fl-izvilupp taghhom, s-sessualita u kif tibni rellazjonijiet b'sahhithom.

COMMITMENT: To monitor the needs of the sick and the elderly foster awareness in a caring society; To encourage support of the public for the Gozo hospitals and homes for elderly; To foster co-operation between voluntary societies and the Health Authorities; To promote education, morale and good working conditions of health-care personnel; To supplement the services provided by the State for the sick and the elderly; To provide amenities that are lacking in homes and caring institutions; To relieve distressed, lonely and needy persons by visiting, moral support, physical help and/or financial assistance. To act as a pressure group for the benefit of the sick and the elderly in Gozo.

 To work on behalf of the elderly in Gozo. To be a voice in disclosing their concerns and needs and to ensure that care given should meet the standards and high quality of life to which they are entitled; would be independent from any direct governmental control and shall not be affiliated with any political party; its operation and function is non-profitable and/or  non-commercial and it shall not use illegal or unethical methods

Short summary of aims: To create and provide, manage and administer an array of educational and training programmes, projects and products and to provide a broad range of consultancy and support services in Malta and Gozo aimed at contributing to the national goal of a 90% breastfeeding initiation rate. To act as a national forum where informed reflection and debate on women's reproductive and health rights lead to concrete recommendations, conclusions and actions. To generate funds for efficient and effective provision of service including making applications for government grants and funding as well as EU funds and fundraising activities.
